Fluid and hydration – during exercise fluid loss from sweating and be very high. If you do not replace these losses through drinking you will become dehydrated and this can lead to headaches, aches and pains , sugar cravings and fatigue.
Drink plenty of water during the day to ensure that you are properly hydrated when exercising . aim for 150-200ml every 15 minutes when exercising.
