I'm a mum of three girls, living on a farm in Carlow with my hubby and 2 dogs. Weekend farm walks are a family favourite and a great way to relax after a week of hobbies, work and general family chaos
I love to decorate birthday cakes for my girls! My mum used to bake all ours and while I started out small, each year the girls love to challenge my abilities just a little
Running is my therapy. I'm not fast and a marathon is not on my wish-list, but getting out, even for a short run makes me a better person when I get back
I retrained as a Nutritional therapist after working as a scientist in the Pharma industry for 15 years. I'm a member of the NTOI and also trained as a wellness coach in 2020.
