Humous

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 400g Tin of Chick Peas (drained weight 273g approx)

½ Red Chilli

1 Lemon, Zested

¼ teasp. Chilli Powder

Salt and Black Pepper

Handful Chives or Coriander

3 Dessertsp.  Natural Yogurt

Method:

Place the garlic and chillis in the blender and mix, add the chick peas and mix again.

Add the chilli powder, lemon zest, herbs and seasoning and mix. Finally add the yogurt. Serve with brown bread and vegetable sticks.
