Help for cellulite prevention

Eating healthy, low
fat foods such as fruits, vegetables, and
fibre can help one to avoid cellulite.
Reduce saturated fats
and replace with good quality fats such as fish oil
Increase apples and
carrots and aid of an apple a day
Increase foods high
in vitamin C  and vitamin B3
Include lecithin
granules daily
Drink plenty of water
6-8 glasses per day
Similarly exercising
regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, and reducing stress are recommended to
prevent cellulite.
