An easy way to add more omega 3 into your diet -spicy tuna steak


Serves 1

Fresh tuna steak approx. 100-120g

1 tbsp harissa paste

1 tbsp lemon juice

Olive oil

Mix the harissa with the lemon juice and spread over the tuna to coat thoroughly on both sides. Place in the fridge and marinate for 2 hours. Heat the olive oil in the pan and add the tuna steaks. Fry gently on both sides for 4-5 minutes or until the steaks are pink.

Serve with baby potatoes or quineoa and a large green salad
