Summers here, how to make a healthy salad dressing

Ingredients:

  • 300ml extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 2 small lemons
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp good quality honey
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • parsley

 

  • Method:
  1. Measure all the ingredients into a glass bowl
  2. Mix using a soup whizzer (or combine ingredients in a food processor)
