How to increase your fruit and vegetable intake:
-Fill half your plate at lunch and dinner with vegetables or salad
-Add frozen vegetables to the water when cooking pasta or rice
-Juices and smoothies
-Add chopped fruit to your breakfast
-Have 2 pieces of fruit as a snack
-Make a big pot of homemade soup with 5-6 different types of vegetables, freeze it and use it during the week
