Supporting and Strengthening the Immune System

 

Thyme Tea:

(Avoid thyme if pregnant)

4 tsps fresh or 2 tsp dried thyme leaves

1 pint of boiling water

Manuka honey to taste (optional)

Place the thyme in a teapot. Pour on boiling water, cover and leave to infuse for 10-15 minutes. Sweeten with honey if necessary.
