GOATS CHEESE, PEAR AND PECAN SALAD

Serves 1

80g goats cheese, crumbled
1 ripe pear, cubed
1 tbsp pecan nuts
1 little baby gem lettuce, washed and drained
A couple of handfuls of watercress

Mix all the ingredients together and gently toss.

Variations: Replace the pear with apple and add some finely chopped celery and shallot.
