I know from talking to many clients just how hard it can be to pin point what actually works for them when it comes to eating for health. Relating what we ate yesterday, or how we slept or how busy we were to how we feel today can feel like an enormous task. But it’s not really.
I’ve created this guide as a way to track what your body is telling you and to begin to see patterns. Maybe you didn’t sleep too well, or ate later than normal? Did you have a larger portion of that food than normal? Perhaps you’ve had a hard day with work or the kids? All these things come in to play with how you feel and what effect they’ll have on your digestion, energy levels and wellbeing overall.
