Hi, it's Suzanne here...
I know from talking to many clients just how hard it can be to pin point what is causing their symptoms. It seems like one day everything is perfect, you can do and eat what you like, and then on others the same food causes no end of hardship, pain and feelings of general yuck-iness.
I’ve created this guide as a way to track all your symptoms in one place and to begin to see patterns. Maybe you didn’t sleep too well, or ate later than normal? Did you have a larger portion of that food than normal? Perhaps you’ve had a hard day with work or the kids? All these things come in to play with how you feel and what effect they’ll have on your digestion.
I am really excited to share this guide as I know it’ll be the start to more control over your symptoms
