Post Workout Protein Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 Egg whites
150 ml Almond Milk
2 tbsp Total Fage Greek Yogurt
100g Blueberries, or other fruit such as Raspberries (these can be frozen)
1 Frozen banana (chop it up before freezing)
2 tbsp of Oats
Method
Blend all the ingredients together. If the mixture is too thick add some more milk, if its too runny add some more oats.
This can keep in the fridge for 24hrs, so the second portion can be used after the next days workout.
