Hello! I’m Suzanne…

And I know what it’s like to be confused about what to eat and how to put it altogether so it suits you.

That was me 20 years ago. A friend passed me a book on juicing and it was an eye opener. I never realised just how much impact what we ate had on how we felt, our skin, our energy – and I jumped right in!

Needless to say, juicing wasn’t the answer for me, but I jumped from fad to fad trying to find out what was. And that’s how I went back to college and became a nutritional therapist.

My passion became passing this knowledge onto others, because you CAN have that balance with food and feel your best self without any fuss. It should be easy and stress free.

The Nourished Nutrition Reset course came to be!

Here’s what we’ll cover in the 4 weeks together,

with each week building on the last, so you can form good habits

that last, with the understanding of why

Week 1:

Ditch the diet mentality & enter the world of wellbeing                                               Here we’ll cover what does a healthy diet look like – what is it made up of and what needs to go. We’ll cover the foundations of nutrition so you understand what it looks like for you & how you can optimise your plate (balanced plate, protein/carbs/fats). We’ll also learn how to listen to your body and what it’s telling you.

6th March

Week 2:

Optimising your energy                                                                                                Taking a look at what foods and how they could be draining you of energy. Breaking this down to what changes you could make to your plate to avoid those 3pm crashes and have you jumping out of bed in the morning

We’ll also look into meal planning so you’ll have a meal plan by the end of session.

13th March

Week 3:

Gut health and it’s role for immunity, hormonal balance & reduced health risks. Looking at specific foods and ways of eating to support the natural growth of those friendly bacteria. We’ll be delving into why our gut health can be making PMS, perimenopause and other hormonal imbalances worse.

Including a demonstration on how to make Kefir, along with your own grains to take home with you

20th March

Week 4:

Habits for life – Sleep, Movement & when you eat                                                     Going forward supporting your health needs to incorporate looking at lifestyle and what you support it with. Optimising sleeping habits, as well as what exercise you do (and how sometimes less is more). We’ll also look into when you eat, and this could be optimised for better energy, hormonal balance and stable weight.

Who is the Nourished Nutrition Reset workshop suitable for?

This course is suitable for women 30years and older, who are looking at following a ‘normal’, no nonsence healthy way of eating that will bring them energy and balance without stress. We will also be looking how optimising your diet supports better hormonal health, be it for PMS, fertility or for perimenopause and beyond.

How long will the course run for?

The course is four weeks in length, from Monday the 6th of March until Monday the 27th of March 2023.

What if I miss a evening?

The in-person sessions will be fully live and in-person events and so each session will only be available on the night. There will be notes for each week and a brief re-cap will be given each week.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes I do. You can pay in full or chose to pay in two instalments by clicking on the button above. If you need an alternative payment plan send me an email at suzanne@nutritionclinic.ie and we can put something in place.

It's not quite the right time for me. Will you be running this course again?
