Healthy Summer granola

300g porridge oats

50g chopped brazil nuts, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds

And wheat germ

25g sesame seeds

100 ml coconut oil

5 tbsp honey

100g raisins

100g dried cranberries

 

Put oats, nuts, wheat germ and all the seeds in a bowl. Gently heat the oil and honey in a pan. Pour over the oats and stir to combine. Spread onto a shallow baking tray and cook in the oven for 1 hr or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Let cool. Stir in the dried fruit. This can be made in large quantities and stored in an air-tight container.
