Each week we’ll build on the previous week, so you can form good habits that last with the understanding of why

Week 1:

A deep dive into the food plate for a healthy gut – what foods are most typically associated with poor gut health. We’ll cover what should we remove to support overall gut health and prepare to take stock over the following week to identify any triggers by using a tracking tool.

Week 2:

Supporting digestion the natural way – what do we need to add in to support digestion naturally. What foods are known to help prepare the gut for food. A discussion around some supplements that you could also use.

Week 3:

A deep dive into specific foods to promote healing in the gut. If you have been suffering with gut issues for a while, and have multiple food triggers, then some gut healing should take place.

Week 4:

Repopulating the gut with beneficial bacteria to support immunity and good gut health in general. Looking at specific foods and ways of eating to support the natural growth of those friendly bacteria.

Week 5:

Balance it all – going forward supporting your gut health with a balanced lifestyle and good quality sleep. Looking at meditation and yoga, as well as assessing the type of exercise to best support your gut health.

Hi I’m Suzanne, let me tell you a little about me…

The gut is where everything starts for good health – we all have to eat. If eating is what brings you pain and discomfort in the first place, it’s going to be hard to be well and live life as you want to. 

I am passionate about passing on the message of what is good health and how to achieve it. There is so much confusing information out there and that’s a question I get asked time and time again – what is healthy to eat? 

Just bringing everything back to basics and re-building your knowledge on what is good for you can work wonders for your health overall.

I bring all the latest information and tools to my clients in an easy to understand, but also practical way to implement to get your health back on track.

I know finding the solution to your symptoms can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. I will give you the knowledge and the support so that you can identify your triggers, but also start to heal your gut, so that it starts working for you, not against you.

Who is the Gut Reset course suitable for?

This course is suitable for anyone that has niggling gut complaints, or not. If you are interested in supporting your gut for overall good health nd energy, then this is the course for you.

How is this different to other on-line courses?

This will be live, not pre-recorded or slef taught. This means that you can ask me anything, and we can troubleshoot your issues as we go along

How long will the course run for?

The course is five weeks in length and includes five group masterclasses including Q&A, plus regular support from me inside a dedicated Facebook group.

Masterclass dates are 27th May, 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th of June.

What if I miss a masterclass?

Don’t worry, all the classes will be recorded and availble after the live event in the course App.

What support will I get in between the classes?

You will be given access to my client portal and through there to a private Group page. I will be sharing extra information there and will be able to answer any questions you may have. 

How much is the course?

The course fee is €200 payable in full on booking.

How long will I have access to the materials?

The course materials are free to download once available for the given week. All participants are given 3 months access to the client portal from the date of enrollment so you can look back at the recordings and any extra information uploaded to the portal.

Where will the masterclasses take place?

All of the masterclasses will take place on Zoom. A link will be sent to you on booking the course.
