Teas to Boost the Immune System

Lemon and Ginger Tea:

1oz of fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced
1 pint of water
Squeeze of lemon juice
Manuka honey to taste (Optional)

Place the root ginger in a pan with the water. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice and sweeten with honey to taste. Drink hot.
